GOODSALT PROJECTION LICENSE AGREEMENT
GRANT OF LICENSE OF IMAGE(S) FOR USE ON PRESENTATION SOFTWARE (PROJECTION) - 72dpi image(s)
LICENSOR GRANTS TO YOU, AND YOUR EMPLOYER IF YOU ARE LICENSING ON BEHALF OF YOUR EMPLOYER, A NONEXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE ANY IMAGES OBTAINED (COLLECTIVELY, “DIGITAL IMAGE(S)”) ON YOUR PERSONAL OR WORK COMPUTER. THE DIGITAL IMAGE(S)) MAY BE SHARED BY CREATING A DISC LIBRARY OR NETWORK CONFIGURATION OR SIMILAR ARRANGEMENT AS LONG AS NO MORE THAN 3 SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS (INCLUDING YOU) EMPLOYED BY THE SAME ENTITY HAVE ACCESS TO THE DIGITAL IMAGE(S).
The Digital Image(s) MAY be:
used in a 3rd party software presentation program such as PowerPoint®, for projection within a single church in front of a live congregation, OR used by an individual traveling evangelist to project during his/her sermon in front of multiple church congregations.
You may not utilize the Digital Image(s) in any manner that is not expressly permitted in this license agreement. Licensor retains all rights not specifically granted above. Any questions or concerns regarding the use of the Digital Image(s) should be directed to GoodSalt prior to the desired use.
Except as specifically provided in this agreement: 1) no Digital Image(s) may be shared or copied; and 2) you many not create a network of servers, either with or without a central location, which enables others to share the Digital Image(s).
Use of the Digital Image(s) as a trademark or service mark is not permitted. Pornographic use, use that would be defamatory or libelous or use that is otherwise unlawful is prohibited. The Digital Image(s) may not be used to deliberately insult or parody any religion or denomination.
No Digital Image(s) may be sublicensed, resold or otherwise made available for use or distribution separately or detached from a personal presentation program or web page. For example, Digital Image(s) may be used as an integral part of a web page design, but may not be made available for downloading separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by website users. Similarly, Digital Image(s) may not be distributed or sold as part of a presentation collection. One copy of the Digital Image(s) may be made for backup purposes only, but may be used only if the original Digital Image(s), or is destroyed or otherwise irretrievably lost. If you would like to share the Digital Image(s), Software or disc with greater than 3 specific people (including you) within a single church team, please contact GoodSalt Inc. through customer service or sales.
Note - Non-profit organizations are subject to the same copyright protection laws as for-profit organizations. Please do not break the 8th Commandment.
